Cancellation & Check-in Policy

While we try to be as accommodating and understanding as possible regarding cancellations we do need to state our policy in the event of a cancellation or "No Show".

• Should you cancel your booking before 12.00 noon on the day before your arrival there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee of the 1st night charge.
• A "No Show" is subject to the 1st night charge.
• Check in is normally between 2.00 and 6.00 pm. If you are arriving after 6.00 pm you should contact us to let us know. We have no problem with late arrivals as long as we know.
